Account and Billing Information

We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, distributors, or that have been flagged in our system as potentially fraudulent.

Payment for your purchases will be charged from the credit card associated with your Customer Account. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Failure to provide accurate and complete shipping and billing information may result in the delay or cancellation of your order or a particular delivery.

All prices associated with Not An Artist*2 are displayed in United Arab Emirates Currency.

Refund and Return Policy

Artworks on the website are non-refundable.

If you receive wrong, damaged or missing products/items from Not An Artist*2, please contact us at info@notanartistx2.com with details of the damaged or missing items, within (3) days of receiving your order. Photographic evidence of damage is required in order to receive replacement items.

Delivery Policy – Artworks once purchased are shipped out within 3 working days. Package receiving days will depend on the pickup and drop-off location. Delivery charges will not be applicable for United Arab Emirates drop-off.

Entire Agreement

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to The Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).

Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.

In no case shall Not An Artist*2, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Not An Artist*2 accepts payment by Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards in AED for its products and services. All online purchases are also governed by the terms and conditions of respective merchant service providers. Please review respective merchant service provider’s user agreement and privacy policy before entering any transaction. These Terms of Service supersede all other written and oral communications or agreements with regard to the subject matters discussed in these Terms of Use.

Intellectual Property Rights

You agree that you have no right to use any of our trademarks without our prior written consent.

In addition, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we (including our parent company, subsidiaries and affiliates and our, and their directors, officers, agents, employees, suppliers, subcontractors or licensors) are not liable, and you agree not to hold us responsible, for any damages or losses resulting directly or indirectly from:
