What happens if we subscribe after the 15th of the month?
We will not have enough time to send you your first box at the end of the same month, so you'll receive it at the end of the following month.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship to the United Arab Emirates.
What happens if we already own a copy of a book you sent us?
We do a lot of research before selecting the books that go in our boxes. A lot of them you will not find in mainstream bookstores. With that said, we do choose best-selling and award-winning books for our boxes, which means you might get a copy of a book you already own. In this case, we highly encourage you to give the extra copy to someone, donate it, or even sell it to a second-hand bookstore. If you are unsure where to donate/sell your books, reach out to us and we'll be happy to point you to our partners.
Do you accept cash on delivery?
We only accept online payments.
Can I get a refund?
Our boxes are non-refundable.
Do we keep the books we receive or return them?
All the books you receive from us are yours to keep.
